  1. What are the roles that the product has and what are the rights of each role?Please refer to User Roles Explained.                      
  2. Where can I get my userid and password to login to the portal? - A list of userids (same as email ids), passwords and email ids will be created for each one of you and the list will be sent to the FirmAdmin or Supermanager. 
  3. Can I change my password? - No, passwords cannot be changed as of now. We will soon have this feature put in.
  4. Where can I get the client userids? - The client userids and passwords will be emailed to the FirmAdmin or the Supermanager. On the FirmAdmin login into the portal, the client userid can be seen when clicked on an assessment.
  5. Can I create or edit user ids?In the current setup, you will not be able to create or edit user ids. This feature will be put in soon.
  6. Assessment is assigned wrongly to me. How do I change assignment? - Only the FirmAdmin has the right to assign users to an assessment and to make changes to the assignments. Please contact the FirmAdmin to make the necessary changes.
  7. What are the 3 roles assigned to an assessment? - The roles assigned to an assessment are Preparer, Reviewer (first level review) and Manager (second level of review).
  8. Are all 3 roles compulsory? - No, the Reviewer role is not compulsory. Only the Preparer and Manager roles are compulsory so the system currently mandates at least one review.  
  9. When creating a new assessment, what should be added in the Add Client field? - A client user id must be chosen from the dropdown list of the Add Client field. Even when the client portal is not going to be used in your setup, we recommend choosing a Client user id in this field.
